We decided to nominate Keith for this award, because, apart from being a reliable and competent site engineer, his personality and excellent customer engagement is exquisite.
Moreover, this nomination coincides with his recent 15-year anniversary working with us.
Keith is the right person, with the right attitude and the right energy. He does everything with passion, energy and enthusiasm and is representing our culture.
Keith Waller has been with us for over 15 years; working on different roles, 9 years ago he decided to join the technical support team and become a site support engineer. His personality led him to choose a role where he would have to deal with customers’ requests and have a direct interaction with them which he much enjoys.
Keith has spent years acquiring skills, experience and know-how. His dedication and continuous professional development has put him where he stands today – reliable, trustworthy with a complete understanding of heat networks.
The past 364 working days he dealt with 320 on site requests across the UK
