The HVR Awards returns to London’s 5* Chelsea Harbour Hotel on Thursday 26 October 2017 to recognise and reward companies and individuals who have demonstrated excellence and innovation in the heating and ventilation industry over the past twelve months.
The entry process is underway for all categories, including Commercial/Industrial Heating Product of the Year, Sustainable Project of the Year, Contractor of the Year, Customer Service Person of the Year and many more.
The Customer Service Person of the Year award is open to anyone who demonstrates the highest level of customer service. The award is designed to recognise individuals who go the extra mile on a day to day basis and uphold their company’s reputation through their excellent attitude and high level of competency. Nominations can be made for anyone who is based at the frontline of the heating and ventilation industry, whether they are a receptionist, apprentice or company owner.
